Booking: A reservation is only made when Josele J. Saiz has accepted the completed booking form and appropriate booking deposit of £150 per person. The person signing the booking form accepts responsibility of booking on behalf of all those included on the form.
Booking confirmation: On receipt of your booking and payment , Josele J. Saiz will send you written Confirmation Invoice. General Information notes about your tour and a field check list will be sent to you few weeks before your holiday.
The balance: The balance may be paid at any time but is due not later than 4 weeks prior to the tours commencement. For some tours ground expenses have to be paid by our Travel agent. We will advise you accordingly.
If the exchange rate between the € & the £ or $ varies by more than 3% the final cost of the tours will be adjusted to suit.
The tour cost does not include: flight tickets and all expenses incurred in getting to/from the point of tour departure/conclusion (unless specified), travel insurance, nor anything else of a purely personal nature.
Transport: Guides will drive the vehicles but you pay them as nature guides not as professional drivers. Where self-drive vehicles are not available we use drivers who use work with us and know our special needs. Cancellations : Boletas has never cancelled a guided holiday. Your tour is guaranteed when your flight has been booked.
Travel insurance protects you against the risk of loss due to cancellation for medical and other unavoidable reasons .
You have the right to transfer your booking to another person if you are prevented from proceeding with the tour due to sickness or accidents suffered by you, or your close family, or for other unavoidable reasons such as jury service.
Notice of cancellation from your side can only be accepted in WRITING from the person who signed the booking form and will take effect on the day such notice is received by us. In the event of cancellation, the following charges will be levied, based upon the estimated expenses and losses suffered by us as a result of your cancellation:

Accommodation: We use comfortable, good quality accommodation. All rooms have private facilities. The tour price is based upon twin accommodation. Participants wishing single accommodation should state this at time of booking, as a small supplement of £ 12 per day will be charged. Please note that if you are travelling singly, but want to share a room, we will try to find someone for you to share with. However, if there is no other single person on the tour who wants to share we will have to charge you the single room supplement. When we use accommodation away from the Boletas Birdwatching Centre, the booking is made by our Travel Agent.
Smoking & Behaviour: As with the majority of other leading birding tour operators and to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable time, participants are kindly requested not to smoke whilst in close company with other members of the group (e.g. when in the vehicles or at the meal table). On our tours we ask participants to rotate seats in the vehicles each day, taking it in turn to sit in the seats in the front and ones in the rear. We were the first company designing tours for small groups in order to ensure that everyone on the tour has an enjoyable time, please be tolerant and considered with other participants.
Air Travel: As you will notice all our prices do not include air travel, for the obvious reason that currently opportunities of cheap flights from Britain to Spain are so readily available. Our tours start from midday on the first date and end at midday on the last day. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ARRIVE AND DEPART TO/FROM SPANISH AIRPORTS BETWEEN 12.00a.m and 16.00 p.m. Those departing from Madrid before 12.00 a .m. may need to arrange and pay for your own transport
Insurance: It it is compulsory that you arrange your own personal insurance cover. We have arranged our own policy for all eventualities with a maximum cover of £ 50.000.-
Complaints: In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, please notify the leader in person as soon as possible in order that we may assist you and hopefully deal with it to your full satisfaction. If it is not dealt with to your satisfaction on the spot, then the nature of the complaint should be stated in writing promptly and preferably within 28 days of the date scheduled for your return from the holiday.
